Good Morning Ms. Laura and Grimm Bindery,

My book (‘A Reader, W.S. Maugham’) arrived Saturday morning and I am writing to thank you.  This is my first experience binding a book and I am delighted!  The book looks terrific and much better than I could have imagined.  I also appreciate that you conscientiously called and kept in touch with me.  Since I knew little of book bindery or even that this service existed, I deferred most of the decision-making to you.  You apparently made all the right choices because the book looks great! 

Although the book is not valuable, it is nearly 70 years old, and has been used, abused, and thoroughly read.  It was passed down from my grandmother, to my mother, to my sister to me.  Once again, I am re-reading my favorites and I have you to thank.
