General Update February 2024:  Though the pandemic is mostly behind us, the effects of it remain.  We are working hard to get caught up.  We still have disruptions in supplies – some are back-ordered.  We continue to look for alternative sources so we can keep things flowing, but at times we just have to be patient and wait.  We are in the process of hiring, but that is a challenge these days and we are very selective to make sure we have only the best working on your treasured books!

For fastest turnaround and current pricing, please use the new “Make A Book” option (found at the top of any page).  It allows you to make all the choices for your book.  You’ll even see an image of what the book will look like!  For print orders, it will let you upload your print file for immediate processing.  With rebind or restoration orders, it will print the order worksheet to send along with your existing book.  Since it collects all the information we need, your order is streamlined and gets processed immediately when it arrives! 

You can still use the “ORDER NOW” link at the top of the page to print a basic form to fill out.  NOTE:  Those forms are no longer being updated with current pricing so we will confirm when we receive the order.  You can also just ship in your order with a letter describing what you would like.  We call you to let you know when the order is received (so you know it’s safe & sound).   It then takes 4-6 weeks to evaluate your order and we call or email to confirm your choices before proceeding.  From that point, it’s another 4-6 weeks to complete the order.   If the item is needed by a certain date, please put “RUSH” on the outside of the package and we will discuss options to get it to you faster.
