I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the help and guidance I received from Laura while placing my book order with your company.  I was quite ignorant of binding techniques and options, and she was instrumental in getting me a finished book with which I am very pleased.

This book is a collection of adventures and memoirs that I wanted to share with my grandson.  As such, it means a lot to me.  I could not have done this without her help.

Thanks again to Laura, and all the staff and management at Grimm who helped out on this project.
